Nature Insights: Deepen Your Connection

Choose to immerse in nature and allow it to support your profound stress reduction, inspired creativity, and enhanced mental well-being through our guided experiences.

Introduction to Nature Insights

Feeling disconnected from the world? In the rush of modern life, it’s easy to get lost in our to-do lists and worries. At Nature Insights, we believe the natural world holds a profound wisdom that can help you find calm, spark your creativity, and make you feel whole again.

We’re here to gently guide you back to that connection. Our experiences are, in essence, mindful bushwalks where we take our time to engage all our senses. We invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and allow the quiet of the bush to support your well-being. By choosing to be present, you’ll discover that clarity and renewed vitality are always within reach.

The “Student”

Are you the student who yearns to be learning and exploring about – the world around you, the plants and animals and fungi and animal tracks and smells and sounds and what different forests feel like, and about how the forests interact with us when we are in them?

Might be time for a nature insights walk!

Requiring Care / Space

Are you in need of some quiet time, some self-care perhaps, or just time out with yourself in a safe place with no -questions? Creating a quiet presence in nature, the environment is safe (our guide is looking after that) and with guided activity that breathes and feels nature is setting you up for calm. With calm, restoration and healing get a look in. There is a saying among forest therapy practitioners, “I am the guide, Nature is the therapist”. I have seen and experienced this myself so many times – the movement that can be experienced from a situation that can feel “stuck”, and it is so often not how and what is expected. The quiet and stillness is always there, however, our busy-ness often prevents us from accessing it.

It must be time for a quiet, safe walk in nature!

Ready to Launch!

Are you “ready to launch”? I often recommend participants on a Nature Insights Walk to bring a notepad and pencil. When an “ah hah” moment comes along, it may need to be caught! (and it actually helps to enjoy the rest of the walk without having to worry if you’ll remember the insight). History is full of so many songs written, a poem in waiting felt, creative endeavors inspired by a nature experience. Sometimes, it can also be a moment of understanding or insight, when we hear whispered quietly behind our ear, “Yes”. There are no guarantees with this of course, that is the nature of it. However, if the feeling is I’m ready, but pausing, sometimes the quiet space in nature is all that is required.

It must be time for a walk!
